Membership in the PPSA is open to all practitioners and scholars of political science as well as similar fields of inquiry and practice both within and outside the academic setting. At present, the Association has around 200 regular members.
Open to academics, professionals, and policy makers who have had a formal education or a track record/experience in a field within or related to the discipline of political science and international relations. Full members have voting rights.
Open to academic institutions who wish to become institutional members of the association. Institutional membership inclusion comprise the department or agency registered and four representatives who will be automatically granted membership to PPSA through their institution.
Is accorded to all former PPSA presidents and charter members. Lifetime members have voting rights.
To avail the benefits above and have their membership considered valid by PPSA, members are to pay annual membership dues adjusted for their type of membership. For 2021, the schedule of dues is as follows:
